Brenton Eska is a Consultant with Spinnaker Consulting Group and has spent over a decade identifying and resolving business and operational problems within financial services and across industries. His passion for collaboratively working to find the right solution that solves the true business problem leads to better outcomes for customers, clients, and the business. He quickly demonstrates deep business understanding, challenges as necessary, and seeks opportunities for disruptive and dynamic change.
Prior to joining Spinnaker, Brenton worked for Capital One, where he led analytical teams in Operations, Credit Risk, and Fraud Prevention. His teams managed everything from daily operational staffing to long-term strategic roadmaps and business revolutionizing project implementations. He previously held roles with various companies, in business acquisition, financial planning and analysis, and project management.
Brenton looks for opportunities for rapid, meaningful change to organizations. He is committed to involving all relevant stakeholders across functional areas and following the data to arrive at optimal solutions. He has a track record of guiding organizations through significant change management and empathetically moving the business to its destination.
Brenton has an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame as well as an MBA and graduate degree in Finance from Northeastern University. A native of the Northeast, he now resides in Dallas with his partner, young daughter, and two small dogs. When not assisting clients, he is actively supporting public education, refereeing soccer, running, or cycling. His family loves to travel and cannot wait to explore their next destination.
