A consultant in the Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance practice, Catherine Landrum advises financial institutions on regulatory and compliance matters, including management and board reporting, regulatory relations and strategy, policy and procedure management, regulatory change management, and regulatory training. Catherine has worked at both mid-sized and large financial institutions, including those facing regulatory and strategic issues to enhance their compliance risk management programs.
Catherine began her career in private practice as an attorney. She spent more than 12 years focusing on financial services, specializing in risk management and compliance at Fifth Third Bank and Wells Fargo. Her success relied on partnering with senior leadership to drive risk transformation initiatives, including overhauls of core risk and compliance programs, processes, procedures and policies. Catherine has a track record of delivering on strategic regulatory commitments with numerous supervisory entities including the Federal Reserve, the CFPB and OCC.
Catherine earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee College of Law and her Bachelor of Business Administration from Pepperdine University. Catherine and her family reside in Austin, Texas.
