As a Spinnaker Consulting Group advisor, Robin has over 30 years of experience as a payments technologist and product innovator. Robin has consulted with many of the top 100 global financial institutions as well as Fortune 100 corporations to drive digital transformation and payments modernization projects. Robin enjoys problem solving and working with clients, taking them on a transformational journey to deliver technology and business value which brings an organization to a new state of processing and operational efficiency.
Recognized as a thought leader in the payments industry, Robin has deep industry expertise and a global perspective of emerging payment methods. Robin has extensive experience managing complex payments transformation opportunities which resulted in quadrupling sales revenue over an 8-year period. Robin has held roles in product management, technical sales management, software development and client implementation at companies such as Fiserv, Dovetail and BNY Mellon. Her most recent venture, co-founding an electronic bill presentment and payment solution company, PayGen, is leveraging her past experiences and creating new growth opportunities.
Robin’s experience in enterprise architecture, sales, product development and client implementations gives her a unique ability to analyze problems and identify solutions within complex organizations. As a manager, Robin was identified as a top leader for successfully managing a remote global team while maintaining an intimate team experience and meeting aggressive deliverable timelines.
Robin is a graduate of Tulane University’s School of Engineering, with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. She was the founder of Tulane's School of Engineering Big Sister/Little Sister program and is an active member of Women in Payments. Robin currently resides in New Jersey with her husband, Al, where they are enjoying being recent empty nesters. In her spare time, Robin practices Pilates and rides her Peloton. Robin and Al own a sailboat and they can be found on the water as much as the weather permits.
