Scott has a wide range of corporate experience, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, over the past two decades, serving as Vice President/Director at five Fortune 500 companies spanning the healthcare, financial services, insurance, and retail industries. He has led teams from as few as a handful of employees to an organization as large as 9,000, leading operations, service delivery, risk management, program management, transformation, client relations, and sales and service.
Scott has a proven track record of achievement, building performance-based cultures, setting strategic direction, and leading large multi-site domestic and international teams, driving business growth as well as significant customer experience improvements. He is a results-driven professional with a high focus on metrics and a collaborative team philosophy centered on engagement, performance, and accountability.
An experienced leader, Scott has deep knowledge in global operations, including outsourcing, in Asia and Central America, and utilizes his strong background in P&L management, Six Sigma as a certified Green Belt, project management, and analytics to support and deliver strong results.
In his free time, Scott plays competitive tennis, travels with his family, and has been enjoying (most of the time!) renovating his 100-year-old Revival house in Richmond, Virginia’s historic Fan district. He is an active volunteer at Sportable, an organization that transforms the lives of people with visual and physical disabilities through sport.
