Todd has an impressive track record of leading and supporting a variety of operational groups, delivering business results in a complex and competitive environment. With extensive experience in 1st and 3rd party collections and recoveries, Todd specializes in onshore and offshore supplier launches, improving performance, driving business strategy, and ensuring regulatory compliance. He has led post charge-off pre-legal, non-legal, and specialty groups with annual recovery rates of $130MM a year. His areas of expertise include operational strategy deployment, training and quality assurance programs, customer experience improvements, regulatory compliance, performance management, and operational optimization. At Spinnaker Consulting Group, Todd has worked with numerous Clients to reduce operational risk related to regulatory scrutiny, led clients issue management process working on over 60 identified issues and help build Standard Operating Procedures within their Credit Card operation.
Todd’s extensive Collections and Recoveries background has been utilized at multiple Fortune 200 Companies and start ups to reduce/identify regulatory and compliance exposure, create Standard Operational Procedures for adherence and work on remediation efforts.
Todd is a graduate of North Carolina Wesleyan College, where he received a BS in Education. He resides in Chesterfield, Virginia, with his wife Ashley and daughter Lexie.
