Spinnaker is a veteran-owned organization that values collaboration. We were born out of a clear gap in the traditional consulting model.  Our team is made up of senior-level advisors and consultants with at least 15 years of real-world experience. And we’re not just going to tell you how to solve your problem and then walk away.  We're going to dive in, right alongside your team.

We were a team of one in 2012, a team of three by 2016, and an aligned organization of 42 at the close of 2019.  We’re growing, and there’s room for those who share our values and are ready to do more. The sky’s the limit.

We are focused on people, and that goes beyond our employees and clients. We’re grounded in the communities we live in and value the opportunity to give back. Sometimes that’s in the form of a donation, but often we roll up our sleeves – like we would on a client engagement – and lend a hand for a great cause.
