At Capital One, Craig worked in a variety of roles including internal consulting, Brand Strategy and Governance, and Commercial Banking Strategy & Analytics. At Genworth Financial, Craig led a team of analysts driving innovation for a 200+ seat Customer Contact Center.
Craig earned his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University and his MBA from Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis. He resides in Richmond, Virginia with his wife Heather and their four children. He enjoys cheering on his children’s many sports teams and skiing when he can find snow.
