Greg Roedersheimer collaborates on engagements involving regulatory requirements, data analysis, and process improvement. Greg has 18 years of experience in health care managing operations, project management, and process improvement teams.
Greg specializes in implementing new health plan offerings and products with particular focus on government programs (Medicare and Medicaid). During his time in the industry, he has onboarded four acquisitions, focusing on claims and enrollment system integration and also managed operations teams handling health plan enrollment, appeals and grievances, and marketing administration. As both an internal and external consultant, he completed projects developing departmental KPIs as well as management tracking tools for real-time monitoring. He is experienced in working with regulatory bodies such as CMS to interpret and implement compliance measures and regulatory reporting.
With Spinnaker, Greg is available for work involving data analysis, regulatory compliance and reporting, implementation of new operations and improvement of current performance. His focus is on health care and financial services clients.
Greg earned a BA in Communications from Wheeling Jesuit University, has an MBA from Regis University, and is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified through Virginia Tech. He lives in Midlothian, Virginia, with his wife Angie, and children Nicholas and Emily. In his free time, Greg teaches guitar lessons, manages rental properties, and travels.
