As a Spinnaker advisor, Rhonda brings over 37 years of experience in Banking/Financial services and consulting, specifically on the Operations side of banking. Rhonda is a problem-solver and enjoys rolling up her sleeves to find solutions. She believes that communication is the key to success.

During her career prior to joining Spinnaker, Rhonda held various progressive roles including Account Management, EVP Organizational Change Director, Director of Operations, and VP Organization Development. Her experience includes DeNovo Bank Startup, Bank Acquisitions, Core System selection and implementation, Bank Office evaluations, development and implementation of Policies and Procedures, Client Management, and various other bank-wide initiatives and projects. Additionally, Rhonda was the Bank Board Secretary and a voting member of the Executive Team.

Rhonda was accountable for many areas within the bank including Facilities Management, Security, Project Management, Technology, and Business Continuity. As a Senior Manager in the startup of a Houston Bank, Rhonda established many processes including Human Resources/Payroll, Risk Management, Compliance Management, and Facilities and other customer facing Bank Operations (Branch, ATM, etc.).

Rhonda earned a Bachelor of Business Management from LeTourneau University. She is also a PROSCI Certified Change Manager, Langevin Certified Instructor/Facilitator, and DDI Certified Programs Facilitator.

A native Texan, Rhonda enjoys spending time with her family and watching her 7 grandchildren grow. She loves to travel, parasail, snorkel, zip line, fish, anything beach, and riding motorcycles.
