Suzanne has been developing leaders for over 30 years. Prior to becoming a consultant Suzanne built a successful career in banking for 36 years. She began her banking career for 15 years at US Bank and finalized her career with 21 years at Columbia Bank a Regional Community Bank in the Pacific Northwest.
As a leader of high performing teams her passion lies in putting people first, creating the ultimate healthy workplace and providing focus towards goals through aligning teams with purpose.
Suzanne is well known as a developer of people and teams. She tirelessly strives to help others achieve their goals through leadership development, positive change management and conflict resolution, resulting in unsurpassed engagement, loyalty and commitment.
Suzanne is an Executive Development Program graduate helping as a mentor and coach for hundreds of businesses and non-profits. Her heart was forever changed while advocating for abused and neglected children in foster care. She currently serves as Past President of CASA of Clackamas County. While President, the organization doubled their revenue and provided a CASA volunteer for every foster child in need.
Suzanne lives in Oregon with her husband of 35 years who was her high school sweetheart. They have 2 adult children and 2 grandsons that are the absolute love of their lives. Their family loves to spending time together while golfing, traveling, hiking and enjoying Oregon wine.
