Meet a valued member of our Spinnaker team of experts: Consultant Teri Reibsamen. Spinnaker’s Operations Ally, Teri brings deep hands-on experience and a genuine passion for helping others to our group — both of which are hallmarks of our Spinnaker team of experts.

Teri spent 25 years in the trenches at a Fortune 100 financial services company, and left the confines of the corporate race to be able to better focus on leveraging her expertise to make a real difference for more businesses. She boasts a broad spectrum of skills that have allowed her to build best-in-class programs from inception to fully functioning operational work units, and has a talent for relationship-building that has fueled her reputation for creating collaborative, efficient team environments. Teri’s areas of expertise include operations process improvement, risk management, supplier oversight, employee development, capacity planning and performance monitoring. She most recently managed building a recoveries quality assurance program with off-the-charts success.

At Spinnaker, Teri gets the award for “Most Likely To Play by the Rules,” which is why she excels at driving operations performance and has the exacting attention to detail required to deliver results. Her secret to success? Focusing on the task at hand and giving it her all, all the time. It’s no wonder everyone from her colleagues to her clients describe her as “on a mission.” Teri is relied on as a team player who rolls up her sleeves to do whatever is needed to get a job done. She thrives on the challenge of helping Spinnaker clients solve complex business problems, on her own projects as well as those of her fellow Spinnaker consultants — because when it comes to helping others, Teri just can’t help herself!
