During her 18 years with Capital One, Hanna led projects and teams in business and operational analytics, customer insight and experience analytics, complaints management, and process redesign and optimization across several business areas including Fraud, Collections, Recoveries, Customer Experience, and Call Centers (including IVR). Many of her projects and teams operated in an Agile fashion and she has fulfilled various roles in that environment. She started her career in manufacturing and recently assisted a local food manufacturer in rolling out a new ERP system including aspects such as report design and identification of key metrics.
Hanna’s strong analytical and process skills married with her passion for people brings a unique perspective to all she does. She works to find the right balance between optimization and sustainable strategies.
Hanna has her Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from the Johns Hopkins University, her Master’s in Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Virginia, and her MBA from the College of William and Mary. She also has her Six Sigma Green Belt, her Lean Certification, and is a certified Product Owner and Scrum Master. Additionally, she has a Design Thinking and Innovation Certificate from the University of Virginia. Hanna lives in Glen Allen, Virginia with her husband and two daughters. She is active in the PTA, sports programs and various STEM-related programs. In her spare time, she loves baking, home improvement projects, and spending time with her family.
