With more than 30 years in the Financial Services industry, Scott brings a depth of Operations leadership experience and a passion for process management and continuous improvement. He has proven track record of leading and developing strong teams and delivering results that enhance the customer and associate experience.
Prior to joining Spinnaker Consulting Group, Scott spent 16 years with Capital One Financial. Scott led a variety of large process improvement projects, many integrated with systems implementations. He spent seven years leading the workforce management team, creating the staff planning and scheduling for 15,000+ contact center associates. Scott led the project that implemented a new enterprise workforce management system, and designed the associated business processes, across four business units, impacting 22,000+ contact center associates and 80+ workforce management analysts.
At Spinnaker, Scott will apply his process management expertise and program leadership skills to drive process redesign, risk management governance and systems integration at all levels of the financial services industry.
Scott received a B.S. degree in Mathematics from The College of William and Mary. He lives in Richmond, Virginia with his wife Teri and two daughters. In his free time, Scott enjoys playing golf and volunteering at his church and his church’s thrift store. Scott also is the co-site leader for a local Jobs for Life non-profit program.
