Meet a valued member of our Spinnaker team of experts: Consultant Belinda Allen. Spinnaker’s Regulatory Leader, Belinda has spent more than 20 years at the helm of successful programs and projects for Fortune 100 financial services companies. As a Risk Compliance Consultant on the Spinnaker team, she leverages her positive, take-charge attitude, robust initiative, and expansive knowledge to roll up her sleeves to solve complex problems for clients every day.

Belinda is a proven leader with an impressive track record of driving process efficiencies, increasing employee engagement, and developing successful programs to manage and mitigate risk. Known as someone who can rise to any challenge — in fact, she finds new challenges energizing and exciting — she previously developed and led a compliance program, new system implementation, and the training and management of business risk teams at a $15B company. Today she is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager whose skill and talent are in high demand as commander-in-chief of critical risk management and compliance projects in banking, home loans, auto, operations, and program management.

A high-energy leader outside the office as well as in it, Belinda has received multiple recognitions for her outstanding philanthropy work. She is an active YWCA youth mentor, Habitat for Humanity volunteer, and Humane Society board member and volunteer. You’ll also find her leading the proverbial pack on foot as an avid runner, on wheels as a Harley-Davidson enthusiast and explorer, and by air as a gung-ho student pilot.
